Luna frowned. “Silverthorn Monastery’s Fang and Claw’s Demise might be refined, but it’s not known for its destructive power. It’s also just an Obscure-tier technique, not even Earthly-tier. Can I ask what you need it for?”

Andrew smiled. “To kill someone.”

Andrew followed behind her, but felt somewhat uncomfortable. “Aren’t you going to arrest me? Turn me in to Mr. Vazquez? Or at least ask me why?”

Her tall, poised figure moved ahead of him, her ponytail swaying slightly behind her. A faint scent drifted through the air, and Andrew blinked in surprise.

Then he heard her speak softly. “Whatever you do, I won’t question it, and I won’t try to stop you. From now on, I want to be in the same camp as you. If you’ll allow it, I want to be your friend, your comrade-in-arms, and…”

Andrew asked, “And what?”
