Chapter 1498
Sheโd always thought Aurora was extraordinary. No matter what she did, she had a planโher work and personal life were always kept strictly apart.
That kind of discipline made Megan deeply admire her. Working beside Aurora wasnโt just about following orders; it was about learning and growing.
When Aurora realized what Megan was thinking, she felt genuinely pleased. If Megan was willing to learn and put in the effort, she was more than happy to teach her. That was how she treated everyone around her, like how sheโd trained Ian beforeโshe never held anything back.
With Aurora, there was no need to worry about hidden motives or competition. As long as she could teach you something, she would.
The whole way there, Megan chattered nonstop, talking excitedly about the shoot in Bustin City.
โDo you think weโll see any celebrities?โ
โOf course, we will.โ
Meganโs eyes sparkled. โThen maybe weโll run into something fun too! Where exactly are we filming?โ
Aurora thought for a moment. โWe probably will, but as for the location, didnโt you already get the details?โ
To Aurora, it wasnโt something worth romanticizing. She knew how variety shows workedโeverything was scripted, down to the smallest detail. Learning anything from it would already be a bonus; she wasnโt expecting much more.
But Megan didnโt share that view. Her face was glowing with excitement and anticipation.
โAurora, I just think itโll be great to experience different kinds of jobs. Thatโs how you find whatโs really fun about life.โ
Megan spoke with surprising seriousness. โI think I just havenโt experienced enough in life. Thatโs why I still struggle with so many things. I really believe we have to keep looking forward.
โAnd now I genuinely want to broaden my horizonsโlearn and experience more. If I keep living like this, Iโm going to end up a total mess.โ
She sighed softly, especially aware of the gap between herself and Aurora since working beside her.
Aurora smiled. โItโs good that you think this way, but take it one step at a time. You canโt swallow the world in a day.โ
Hearing that, Megan felt comforted. She knew she tended to rush things and needed to learn patience.
Auroraโs calm, grounded attitude always amazed her. No matter the situation, she could stay focused on herself, unbothered by outside noise. She had her own compassโwhat others did didnโt matter. As long as she grew each day, even a little, that was progress.
That mindset was exactly what Megan admired most about her, and she silently promised herself to learn from it.
โBut still,โ Megan said with a bright grin. โIโm really looking forward to this shoot.โ
Aurora gave a small, amused smile.
To her, it was just work, no different from any other project. As long as she stayed focused and gave her best, she would have no regretsโneither to herself nor to the director.
